Context and Mission

As part of strengthening our IT team and optimizing our business processes, we are looking for an experienced SAP Engineer capable of designing, configuring, and managing projects related to the FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules.The SAP Engineer will play a key role in implementing SAP solutions, supporting users, and managing functional developments.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and write functional and technical specifications.

• Configure SAP FICO modules according to business requirements.

• Participate in deployment, migration, and continuous improvement projects.

• Manage interfaces with systems connected to SAP (e.g., EDI, third-party financial systems).

• Provide level 2/3 support and resolve incidents.

• Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and external partners.

• Perform unit and integration testing, and support users during acceptance phases.

• Document implemented solutions and train key users.

Profile Required

• Higher education in IT, engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of significant experience with SAP, with expertise in FICO modules.

• Good understanding of financial and controlling processes.

• Ability to work on IFRS and Secondary Ledgers standards.

• Ability to work in project mode with rigor and autonomy.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Working language: English

Additional Assets

• Experience in an international industrial matrix environment.

• Knowledge of S/4HANA.

• SAP certification.

• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
