- Emergency Response: Serve as a primary responder for facility emergencies, including power outages, gas leaks, or fire suppression system triggers.
- CMMS Management: Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory levels for spare parts, and equipment history.
- Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections and servicing on HVAC systems, industrial chillers, air compressors, and wastewater treatment equipment to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Dry Room Oversight: Monitor and maintain specialized Ultra-Low Dew Point Dry Rooms, ensuring airtight seals and desiccant runner performance to protect moisture-sensitive battery chemistry.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in facility-wide utility systems (e.g., steam boilers, cooling towers, and vacuum pumps).
